As a Senior Product Designer at TikTok Shop, I focus on building scalable design systems and AI-powered seller experiences for global markets , including the US, Europe, SEA, LATAM, and Japan.

My work covers global Seller Assistant initiatives, including Seller AI Assistant, Seller AI Homepage, AI Branding & Micro Interactions, and Seller Academy. I also govern design system artifacts, Figma libraries, component guidelines, workflows, and code library alignment to ensure consistency across the TikTok Shop seller experience.

I partner with product, design, content, and engineering teams to standardize components across mobile and desktop, improve implementation quality, and help global teams design faster with a more cohesive seller experience.

Tokopedia was acquired by TikTok Shop (ByteDance), leading to my transition from Interaction Designer at Tokopedia to UX Designer under ByteDance’s organizational structure. As a UX Designer specializing in Design System , I focus on enhancing TikTok Shop seller experiences across global markets, while also contributing hands-on UI/UX projects.

My primary responsibilities include:

• Handle global design projects such as Seller Academy , and Seller Dashboard .
• Governing the design system artifacts , figma library, guidelines, workflow and code library for TikTok Shop seller experience.
• Develop component guidelines and standardization across mobile and desktop.
• Supporting integration between Tokopedia and TikTok Shop through design system.
• Build knowledge management to support designers and stakeholders during transition periods.

As a design system designer on the central team, I play a pivotal role in shaping our design framework while also collaborating closely with PMs to address UI/UX needs for initiatives like Tokopedia AI Commerce and Tokopedia Plus (Subscription) .

However, my primary responsibilities include:

• Govern all the design system artifacts, figma library, guidelines, code library and workflow within the Tokopedia ecosystem.
• Develop a multi-level design system to cater to both Seller and Buyer experiences.
• Experienced in developing theming design system tokens to support business needs.
• Ensure accessibility by supporting color blindness through the design system.
• Establish design system website as knowledge management practices to assist designers and stakeholders in creating products effectively.

I work in tribe and collaborate with PM, my primary responsibilities include:

• Create Tokopedia Affiliate logo and branding
• Contributed to several projects related to social commerce platform such as Tokopedia Feed , Tokopedia Play , and Tokopedia Affiliate .
• Establish content tribe library to increase the development time.

Contribute to several project in Home, Discovery, PDP, Search and Category:

• Building 30's category template marketplace such as FMCG, category directory, category navigation on Tokopedia Ecosystem
• Building from scratch Tokopedia Tukar Tambah to help user to trading their old phones.
• Actively mentoring UI and UX designers to enhance their skill sets & raise the bar on Tokopedia experience.
• Establish Category UI KIT library on tribe to increase the average task completion time.

Join the Home and Discovery team as internship. I contribute to the design of product detail pages, homepages, search and campaigns internal tools.

• Collaborating within a dynamic team at a software house, I manage diverse projects focused on Design , Web Development , and Maintenance .
• Recently, I crafted a comprehensive UI/UX design for Pertamina SMEXPO 2023 and the online shop for Saptodjojokartiko .
• I also translate these designs into responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript , ensuring an engaging user experience.

• Led UI and UX design projects for Indonesian government website like BNPB and PUPR .
• Played a key role as a frontend web designer , enhancing the Babastudio course website to improve user engagement and experience.
